EMS FORCE 801 is general purpose, very low viscosity, ultra-fast, penetrating, ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive.

- For smooth and very close surfaces

- Post-assembly adhesive to wick into parts

Application

  • Application in manufacture of shoe, bag, leather, furniture, home appliance, automotive, electronics, molding, modelling, plastic goods, advertising, toys, stationery and textile.
  • Substrates: EPDM , PVC, PMMA, ABS, Rubber, Vinyl, Metal, Ceramic, Glass, Wood, Cork, Paper, Mat etc. and their combinations.

Usage and Instructions

Surface preparation

1)

Ensure parts are clean, dry and free from oil and grease.

Application of product

1)

Remove cap and apply small amount of EMS FORCE® Super Glue adhesive to one surface It is recommended to apply only 1 dab per 3 cm2.

2)

Set time can vary based on the amount of glue and type of surface glued. Excess glue can cause delayed or failed bond.

3)

When using with EMS FORCE® AC-11 Activator, apply activator to the other surface.

4)

In case of wicking applications with EMS FORCE® Super Glue 801 allow the adhesive to penetrate into gaps or cracks.

5)

Press the two surfaces together for about 10–60 seconds.

6)

Wait 24 hours for a full cure.
